Why: Ever wonder how you determine if your product or service name already exists in the marketplace? How should you seek protection for your trade or service mark? Your trademark is important in establishing “Good Will” in the marketplace. It allows consumers to identify the source of a product or service. It is also important not to waste money on packaging your product when there might be a possibility of infringement with another company’s mark. This workshop will cover basic information regarding trade and service marks.
